Payment Policy

This Payments Policy forms part of the Darksidetunings' Terms and Conditions, and so words defined in the Terms and Conditions have the same meaning in this Policy, unless the context indicates otherwise.

We are committed to providing you with trusted electronic payment through a secure online payment platform.

We are currently in-process of engaging  PayFast as our transactional payment gateway for debit card, credit card and instant-eft payment services. Until our engagement with PayFast is complete, we currently ONLY offer direct deposit EFT into our bank account.

Once PayFast integration is completed, all transactions via our site and the payment gateway will be encrypted using appropriate encryption technology.

Payment can be made for Goods via -

- debit card (using PayFast payment gateway): - Currently Unavailable (will be implemented soon)

• You warrant that you are fully authorised to use the debit card supplied for purposes of paying for the Goods.
• You also warrant that your debit card has sufficient available funds to cover all the costs incurred as a result of the services used on the Website;
• This payment method attracts service/handling.

- credit card (using PayFast payment gateway):  - Currently Unavailable (will be implemented soon)

• where payment is made by credit card, additional information may be required in order to authorise and/or verify the validity of payment;
• In such cases we are entitled to withhold delivery until such time as the additional information is received by us and authorisation is obtained by us for the amounts;
• If we do not receive authorisation your order for the Goods will be cancelled;
• You warrant that you are fully authorised to use the credit card supplied for purposes of paying for the Goods.
• You also warrant that your credit card has sufficient available funds to cover all the costs incurred as a result of the services used on the Website;
• This payment method attracts service/handling.

- instant EFT (using PayFast payment gateway);  - Currently Unavailable (will be implemented soon)

• You warrant that you are fully authorised to use the supplied bank account for purposes of paying for the Goods.
• You also warrant that your bank account has sufficient available funds to cover all the costs incurred as a result of the services used on the Website;
• This payment method attracts service/handling fees.

- direct bank deposit or electronic funds transfer (Recommended): CURRENTLY AVAILABLE

• if you pay via direct bank deposit or electronic funds transfer, payment must be made within 1 (one) day of placing your order;
• You are required to email us the proof of payment (usually a PDF from your banking site);
• This payment method does not attract any additional PayFast payment gateway service/handling fees;
• Darksidetuning will not ship your order or process pre-orders unless payment has been received and cleared;
